This B+W neutral density filter, which reduces light by six stops, is considered an extreme filter in photographic imaging. It allows for a one-second exposure time from 1/60 s without changing the aperture or depth of field. Flowing water is rendered in a soft, delicate manner. A tripod is required in any case.
