Product details

The BuildTak FlexPlate System 220 x 220 mm is a comprehensive printing surface solution consisting of three integrated components: the flexible BuildTak FlexPlate, a unique magnetic mounting base, and a standard BuildTak plate. This system significantly simplifies the print removal process for 3D printing applications. Designed in the common 220 x 220 mm format, the product ensures compatibility with a wide range of 3D printers. The magnetic base securely attaches to the print bed using an adhesive base, while the BuildTak-coated FlexPlate magnetically connects to this base. Installation requires a one-time Z-height adjustment to compensate for the additional system thickness, after which printing can begin immediately. Once printing is complete, the entire FlexPlate can be easily removed from the print bed. By bending the flexible plate, printed objects can be removed effortlessly without damage. The system retains the renowned adhesion properties of the BuildTak surface while adding the convenience of magnetic mounting and flexible part removal. The dimensions of 220 x 220 mm provide a standardized printing area for many desktop 3D printers. The magnetic connection ensures stable positioning during printing while allowing for quick plate removal. This integrated approach combines reliable surface adhesion with practical handling advantages, making it suitable for both beginners and experienced 3D printing enthusiasts seeking improved workflow efficiency.
