This voltage converter allows seamless use of electronic devices in countries with different mains voltages. With its light weight of 3.63 kg, size of 19.2 x 14.8 x 13.0 cm and advanced toroidal technology,
it provides continuous and quiet operation in various environments such as travel, music and sound studios, living and sleeping areas, vehicles and boats. With the voltage converter, American, Japanese and other 110-volt appliances can be easily operated on the European 220-volt mains voltage, as well as vice versa. The input range of 220-240 or 100-120 volts alternating current (AC) allows for versatile use and can be connected with a conventional IEC cable. EU and UK connection cables are included, but US cables can also be used. The unit provides output voltages of 110-120 volts alternating current (AC) via a US socket (NEMA) for 2- or 3-pin plugs and 220-230 volts AC via an EU Schuko or UK socket. With international sockets, including European (type C and F), British (type G) and American (type A and B) sockets, the unit offers maximum compatibility worldwide. With its robust housing and high-efficiency toroidal transformer (transmission efficiency ? 98%), the voltage converter not only offers loss-free current conversion, but also virtually silent operation. The voltage converter has practical functions such as a mains switch, an LED operation indicator, a switch for selecting the input voltage and overload protection.
