Get this BondTech DualDirect Extruder upgrade for your Raise3D.

This new compact, lightweight extruder upgrade for your Raise3D printer will solve your feeding issues, improve surface quality, and allow you to 3D print at higher speeds while maintaining consistent quality.

This product uses lightweight Nema17 stepper motors in combination with an internal gear ratio of 3:1 and our proven DualDrive feeder.

The outer parts are made with SLS printing in high-strength polyamide (nylon).

The drives are precisely CNC machined and made from hardened steel for maximum performance and durability.

This upgrade fits both version 1 and version 2 of the print head.

Installation takes about 20 minutes.

The original extruder setup on Raise3D weighs 890 g for the dual setup, while this new upgrade weighs only 425 g with the included motors, significantly impacting performance.

Plug & Play solution, no cutting or soldering of wires required.

Please select which motor type you use on your 3D printer (silver = older, black = newer).

This kit includes everything you need to upgrade your printer:

  • 1 x DualDirect Extruder with motors
  • 2 x 0.7 m PTFE 4/2 mm guiding tube
  • 1 x Breakout Board cover
  • Weight: 425 g
  • E-Step value: 415
  • Motor current: 0.7 A (Vref setting=0.5 V)

Use the latest version for the touch panel (0.9.2) to set the E-step value directly on the printer.

Important: Only add or remove the flat ribbon cable to the breakout board when the 3D printer is cool and turned off. Always ensure that the flat ribbon cable is securely fixed with hot melt or a zip tie.
