The Bondtech Extruder offers the highest reliability and feed force among all feeders available on the market, while simultaneously causing the least filament deformation. With the Bondtech Extruder, the best extruder currently available, you can solve the most common problems in 3D printing:
- Slipping of the filament
- Grinding into the filament
- Deformation of the filament
- Insufficient extrusion / low extrusion force
- Low resolution / precision
The unique design is based on oppositely rotating gears that are manufactured with high precision and optimized geometry from hardened steel. An integrated planetary gear provides excellent torque with maximum accuracy. Material feeding can occur with identical force in both directions.
For quick filament changes, a lever separates the gears and releases the filament. In case of maintenance, the gears can be easily accessed by opening the housing. The housing, 3D printed from polyamide using laser sintering, provides the Bondtech Extruder with stability and sufficient temperature resistance.
The Bondtech Extruder is suitable for both direct extrusion and Bowden tube setups. Mounting brackets need to be printed for attachment to the 3D printer. The manufacturer offers a wide selection of STL files. Please note that the Bondtech Extruder is delivered without a mount for your 3D printer.
