Benefits of the nickel coating: Our coated brass nozzles are provided with a nickel coating to protect them from corrosion, erosion, and wear. Nickel-plated nozzles are more corrosion-resistant and have a lower coefficient of friction, allowing for smoother material feed and delaying the adhesion of plastic to the nozzle surface. Recommended materials: Use this nozzle with the following materials: PLA, ABS, HIPS, PCTP, UTP, Nylon, PETG, ASA, PPP, PVA. For technical and abrasive materials, we recommend using other nozzles from our range. Different nozzle sets for different materials: We recommend having multiple nozzle sets, as using different materials with the same nozzles can lead to deposits in the nozzle. These deposits can cause clogs. We recommend changing the nozzles when switching materials. They are manufactured in-house by Bondtech and are compatible with the following fittings/blocks: Mosquito® / Magnum, Mosquito® Liquid, Mosquito® Magnum+, Copperhead™, E3D V4, V5, and V6 blocks.
