Bondtech CHT® Coated Brass Nozzle 0,25 mm -1 pcs
Only 1 piece in stock at supplier
Product details
Main advantages include higher melt capacity by increasing the surface area of the heating walls, an affordable price, ultra-precision machining, and a brass nozzle with a nickel-coated surface. This product follows the RepRap standard (M6×1×7.5×12.5) and may be used with 1.75 or 2.85mm hotends.
The Bondtech CHT™ technology allows nozzles to split the filament into three thinner strands, enabling the material to melt from within. This results in faster melting and higher flow rates. Core Heating is a patented technology (Registration number: EP3445568A1). These nozzles for 3D printers are made of metal and feature multiple holes to increase the surface area of the heating walls.
The nickel coating applied to the brass nozzles provides protection against corrosion, erosion, and abrasion. Nickel-coated nozzles offer greater corrosion resistance and a lower coefficient of friction, allowing for smoother feeding of material and delaying plastic adhesion to the nozzle's surface.
Recommended materials for use with this nozzle include PLA, ABS, HIPS, PC, TPU, TPE, Nylon, PETG, ASA, PP, and PVA. For technical and abrasive materials, we recommend using other nozzles in our range.
We suggest having several sets of nozzles because using different materials with the same nozzles can cause deposit build-up inside the nozzle, leading to blockages. It is advisable to change nozzles when changing materials.
These nozzles are manufactured in-house by Bondtech and are compatible with the following hotends/blocks: Mosquito® / Magnum, Mosquito® Liquid, Mosquito® Magnum+, Copperhead™, E3D V4, V5, and V6 blocks, E3D Chimera and Kraken, and RepRap M6.
