Bondtech BMG-X2 Extruder CC 20MM
The Bondtech BMG-X2 is based on our proven BMG design, utilizing an internal gear ratio of 3:1 along with precision-engineered hardened steel drive gears to provide you with a compact powerhouse for all your multi-extrusion applications. Whether you need high-resolution prints with small nozzles or high-flow prints with large nozzles, the optimized gear ratio combined with our industry-leading drive gears ensures unmatched pushing power and lightning-fast retraction in a lightweight and compact dual-extrusion package.
Bondtech Dual-Drive
Our unique dual-drive technology guarantees an uninterrupted material flow without the fear of grinding or slipping, even under the most demanding conditions. Bondtech users around the world will attest that our extruders perform flawlessly even with prints involving thousands of retractions, delivering unparalleled precision without damaging or compromising the filament.
Multi-Material Capability
Our new BMG extruder reliably handles all materials, from smooth nylons and soft TPU/TPE filaments to very rigid and sometimes brittle carbon-filled high-strength materials. The extruder is designed for 1.75 mm filaments but has been tested to ensure performance with filaments ranging from 1.5 mm to 2.0 mm, providing high reliability regardless of the tolerance of the filament used. The filament path is fully guided through the extruder body, and the housing maintains tight tolerances to the drive gears, reducing the likelihood of filament misfeed when the hotend experiences increased back pressure or when using highly flexible filaments.
Adjustable Tension
With the knurled screw tensioners, the user can adjust the pressure.
