Overview

ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) is one of the most widely used engineering materials in various industries around the globe. It combines rigidity and impact resistance, making it ideal for technical applications and moving parts.

Traditionally a difficult material to print with FFF printers, it has been reformulated to ensure good adhesion between layers and reduce warpage. Our grade allows for excellent dimensional stability and high durability.

Technical information

High temperature material that can take a hit

ABS is able to withstand high operating temperatures. In addition, its excellent impact resistance makes it ideal for applications where vibration or shock would break materials such as PLA or PET-G.

High thermal and mechanical resistance

ABS is perfect for producing parts that are mechanically very resistant and also have high thermal resistance.

Highly functional and mechanically resilient parts

ABS is ideal for parts subject to high mechanical stress with an attractive matt finish.
