Bcn3D CF15

PAHT CF15 (high-temperature polyamide, carbon fiber reinforced) combines high temperature and chemical resistance with extreme mechanical properties. It allows for operation at a continuous usage temperature of 150 °C, with a peak temperature of 180 °C, compared to standard PA. The 15% carbon fiber reinforcement makes it stiffer, opening up new fields for printing demanding applications. The filament also has high wear and abrasion resistance, is resistant to solvents and corrosive chemicals, and has low moisture absorption. Application areas for PAHT CF15 filament: The temperature resistance of the filament favors its use as a structural and functional part exposed to high temperatures and aggressive environments. It is also used as a metal substitute in the automotive industry, as PAHT CF15 impresses with its special stiffness and impact resistance.
