BASF Ultrafuse TPU 95A is a highly developed 3D printing filament based on the proven thermoplastic polyurethane Elastollan. With a Shore A hardness of 92, it offers excellent flexibility and is ideal for applications requiring high abrasion resistance. This material is characterized by high elongation at break and excellent layer adhesion, making it a reliable choice for demanding printing projects. Additionally, the filament provides good resistance to oils and various industrial chemicals, expanding its range of applications. Production is carried out under strict quality controls to ensure consistent product quality and reliability. Ultrafuse TPU 95A is compatible with a variety of 3D printers and is particularly well-suited for the Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) process. The recommended printing parameters ensure optimal results and ease of handling.
