Potential Equalization T-Wire 16mm² green-yellow

Solar panels on the roof must have a potential equalization system.

Solar panels mounted on the same aluminum frame are typically connected to each other and to the aluminum structure through the mounting clamps. If multiple rows are installed, they must also be interconnected. This connection is made using an 8mm aluminum wire and appropriate clamps.

The entire system must then be connected to the ground for potential equalization. This can be implemented in various ways, either through a grounded roof hanger or, as is most common, through a separate potential equalization cable. This cable then leads to the potential equalization at the house distribution or a separate grounding point.

For this purpose, this 16mm² grounding/potential equalization cable is used.
