Manage your conference rooms with the ATEN VK430 RBS panel, a 10.1-inch touchscreen panel designed for convenient scheduling and availability assignment. It is centrally configured via the ATEN RBS Configurator and integrated with calendar servers such as Microsoft Office 365 Calendar. This allows authorized personnel to make conference room reservations, extend or release room usage, and check the booking schedules of each conference room directly on the VK430. The user-friendly interface ensures a pleasant experience. Additionally, administrators can gain a real-time overview of the availability and location of all conference rooms through the ATEN RBS Configurator and manage each connected VK430 remotely, enhancing the efficiency of conference room usage.
