Efficiency of Power Distribution. The ATEN Basic Metered PDU series is designed to enhance the efficiency of power distribution and monitoring of power status in an IT environment. It consists of 0U modules with 24 outlets. Thanks to the integrated surge protection module, the IT devices connected to the PDU are well protected against sudden power surges. Downtime of devices is reduced by the overcurrent protection. The compact form factor and support for rack mounting help save space and avoid clutter. To monitor the power status of connected devices, the units are equipped with 3-digit 7-segment displays that show input voltage and output current in real-time. The basic PDUs with metering functionality provide secure, centralized data on the power consumption of IT equipment in data centers, including servers, storage systems, KVM switches, and network devices, to optimize power intake and asset management.
