The CL5708 is a control unit in a retractable slideaway housing with an LCD screen that allows multiple computers to be managed from a single PS/2 or USB console (keyboard, mouse, and monitor). A single CL5708 can control up to 8 computers. Up to 31 additional KVM switches can be daisy-chained with the CL5708, enabling management of up to 256 computers from a single console.

The CL5708 is a modern KVM technology solution featuring a built-in 17 or 19-inch LCD screen with LED backlighting and a full-sized keyboard with a touchpad, all housed in a retractable 1U rackmount enclosure for 19-inch racks.
