Aten KVM Extender, DVI

The CE680 is a DVI extension that far exceeds the traditional limits of DVI cable lengths for transmitting HD video and audio, as well as control signals, thanks to fiber optic transmission. The CE680 is capable of transmitting KVM-DVI signals over very long distances—up to 600 meters from the signal source. The system converts the video and audio signal from a local source into serial data, which is transmitted via a 3.125 Gbps fiber optic connection while maintaining optimal image quality (for resolutions up to 1920 x 1200 at 60 Hz and with a color depth of 24 bits).
