The CL5708 is a control unit in a retractable Slideaway housing with an LCD screen, enabling control of multiple computers from a single PS/2 or USB console (keyboard, mouse, and monitor). Up to 31 additional KVM switches can be daisy-chained to the CL5708, allowing management of up to 256 computers from a single console. The CL5708 is a modern KVM technology solution with a built-in 43 cm LCD screen and a full keyboard with touchpad, mounted in a retractable 1U rackmount housing for 19-inch racks.
