The lightweight CL3000 LCD console for PS/2 and USB is an integrated KVM console module (keyboard, monitor, and mouse) designed for operating compatible KVM switches. It features a low weight and a built-in, energy-efficient 19-inch screen with LED backlighting, as well as a full-sized keyboard with a touchpad, all housed in a 1U rackmount enclosure for 19-inch cabinets. Additionally, the devices are tested according to the MIL-STD-810G certification for shock resistance. The MIL-STD-810G testing ensures the operation of the CL3000 under harsh conditions. It includes extensive tests that replicate conditions and limits corresponding to real-world environments, such as operation in a moving vehicle or in a factory where vibrations are common. The devices are subjected to random frequencies between 5 and 500 Hz with varying acceleration for one hour per axis. Overall, effective values of 1.07 G in the vertical axis, 0.76 G in the horizontal axis, and 0.76 G in the longitudinal axis are applied.
