The KVM over IP switches of the KN series provide local consoles and remote over IP access for users who want to monitor and access their entire data center over a network. The KN series offers superior FHD video resolution of up to 1920 x 1200, dual-speed virtual media transmission, and FIPS 140-2 compliance with Level 1 security standards through the use of an embedded FIPS 140-2 certified OpenSSL encryption module. Equipped with two integrated network interface cards (NICs), the KN series is designed to ensure reliable and available remote access to all servers. Access to the KN series can be managed and operated via WinClient/JavaClient from a separate location. ATEN also offers an iOS app - the PadClient, whose intuitive interface facilitates connection to the KVM over IP switch and control of computers directly from the user's iPad.
