Product description: The pencils are made from the highest quality cedar wood with FSC certification. The colored pencil graphite is based on watercolor. The colored pencils are soft to use and can be applied dry or slightly moistened with water. Blending the drawing with a brush and some water creates the effect of watercolor paints. They offer a wide range of effects from subtle to expressive. A brush is included in the package. The metal packaging is perfect as a gift for a young artist.
