Ascaso Dream Pid

The Ascaso Dream PID is the professional version of the classic Dream. The retro-look packaging now contains a real barista tool. Precise temperature preselection, adjustable electronic pre-infusion, shot clock, portioning electronics for two quantities, a professional portafilter and brewing pressure regulation accessible from the outside offer everything you need to optimise the extraction of high-quality espressos.

The single-circuit espresso machine has a new high-performance thermoblock made of stainless steel and aluminium, an integrated heating loop, a precision pressure gauge to control the brewing pressure and a housing made of lacquered or polished aluminium. The 1.3 litre tank is illuminated and the professional brass portafilter is suitable for 58 mm portafilters.

Scope of delivery: 5 sieves for use with ground coffee and ESE pods as well as an aluminium tamper. The cup holder has a railing and integrated cup heating. The PID control enables a temperature preselection accurate to the degree and a time display during brewing. The portioning electronics offer two portion sizes, an adjustable pre-infusion and a standby function.

The adjustable expansion valve is used to set the brewing pressure, while the portafilter handle and steam wheel are made of hardwood. The high-performance thermoblock ensures a fast heat-up time.
