Ascaso Dream Pid

The Ascaso DREAM PID is the professional version of the classic DREAM. Encased in a retro design, it is now a true barista tool. With precise temperature control, adjustable electronic pre-infusion, a shot clock, portion control electronics for two sizes, a professional portafilter, and externally accessible brew pressure regulation, it offers everything needed for the optimal extraction of high-quality espresso.

This single-circuit espresso machine features a new high-performance thermoblock made of stainless steel and aluminum, an integrated heating loop, a precision manometer for monitoring brew pressure, a housing made of painted or polished aluminum, and a illuminated 1.3-liter tank. The professional brass portafilter is compatible with 58 mm baskets.

Included are 5 baskets for use with ground coffee and ESE pods, as well as an aluminum tamper. The cup tray has a railing and an integrated cup warmer. The PID control allows for precise temperature selection and a time display during brewing. The portion control electronics offer two portion sizes.

Additionally, there is an adjustable pre-infusion and a standby function. The adjustable expansion valve allows for brew pressure adjustment. The portafilter handle and steam knob are made of hardwood.
