Ascaso Dream One

Following the successful launch of the Ascaso Dream PID, the Barcelona-based manufacturer has now closed the gap between the Dream and the Dream PID with the Dream One. In addition to its unmistakable look, it also impresses with its high-performance stainless steel and aluminium thermoblock, a very fast heat-up time and a standby function. It has a 58 mm professional portafilter and a precision pressure gauge to control the brewing pressure. The brewing temperature of the Dream One can be regulated by an electronic thermostat. The intelligent electronics control the water supply to the thermoblock so that a maximum temperature stability of +/- 1.5 ºC is achieved, which is a remarkable value for a domestic machine.
