The multi-element technology and PID control ensure a constant brewing temperature of ± 1.5º C and powerful steam power, with up to 50% energy savings compared to conventional espresso machines. The use of special stainless steel minimises metal migration into the coffee in accordance with EN16889. The thermoblock technology ensures that the coffee is always prepared with fresh water.
