Melampo Lighting Series. A clever little hat for a smart head: Adrien Gardère designs a simply elegant light for the Italian brand Artemide that surprises despite its understated nature. The fine shade made of silk satin can be adjusted in three positions. This allows the light to be directed in three preferred ways: classically with a wide cone pointing downwards, modernly inverted to serve as an uplighter pointing upwards, or playfully tilted to the side. The latter setting is particularly enjoyable at a reading or work desk, as the direct beam of light better illuminates the book or work surface. Melampo Table Lamp.
