It is particularly energy-efficient, as no preheating is necessary. Compared to a traditional deep fryer, you save about 80% of the fat content. Important food nutrients such as vitamins and omega-3 fatty acids are preserved. With a high capacity of 5.2 liters, the Calda is suitable for serving the entire family.
