AprintaPro PrintaFix Adhesive Spray (250ml) - AprintaPro offers powerful solutions for makers. PrintaFix Basic is the solution for adhesion problems in 3D printing, eliminating warping. The application is simple: shake, spray, print. It is cost-effective for both heated and unheated print beds and can be washed off with warm water.

PrintaFix Basic is specifically designed for FDM/FFF 3D printing and is characterized by its ease of use, low cost per print (approximately 11 cents per print), and excellent adhesion on both heated and unheated print surfaces. PrintaFix surpasses previous methods of adhesion promotion through its simple application and higher adhesion.

Instructions: Shake, spray, print. Remove the print bed from the 3D printer, shake PrintaFix well, spray overlapping onto the print area, and start the print. This way, warping and first layer issues will be a thing of the past. The print bed can be cleaned with warm water or an alcohol-based window cleaner (must contain ethanol).

Additional information: Recommended print settings:

• PLA: Print temperature 200-215°C
• ABS: Print temperature 235-250°C
• Print bed temperature 80-100°C
• A 5mm brim provides a nice, smooth finish on the contact surface.

Multiple prints on one layer of PrintaFix are possible (adhesion decreases by about 20% per print, depending on the size of the previous prints). For extremely high adhesion: Spray PrintaFix as usual overlapping onto the print bed. Wait for the layer to dry, then spray a fine mist from a distance of +/- 30 cm onto the print bed.
