The intelligent battery management of APC optimizes battery performance and lifespan through a precise charging function with temperature compensation. A dynamic date display for battery replacement and automatic self-tests ensure high reliability and provide timely information about the need for battery replacement. The battery modules are conveniently and easily connectable and can be replaced during operation.

Voltage conditioning optimized for network operation offers protection against harmful overvoltages and electrical noise. The automatic electronic voltage regulation increases a low input voltage by up to 30% and reduces excessively high voltages by up to 12% without activating the battery.

Electrical safety

Due to its high performance, this device requires a 16 Ampère socket (type 23). If no suitable wall socket is available, the conversion must be carried out by an authorised installer.
