Stay online and prevent data loss. Thanks to the double conversion technology, an APC Smart-UPS Ultra On-Line Li-Ion always supplies all connected devices with perfectly clean power. Power failures have no influence on this. The APC Smart-UPS On-Line automatically supplies backup power without the need for switching, preventing unwanted downtime for servers, storage or switches. With the integrated network card and the associated APC PowerChute Network Shutdown software, the UPS can send a shutdown signal over the network to multiple physical and/or virtual servers so that they can be automatically and safely switched off when the UPS battery is almost empty. This prevents data loss, downtime and physical damage to the hardware.

In Switzerland, the connection and commissioning of a UPS with > 3.5 kVA must be clarified in advance with the local electricity provider. The connection must be carried out by an electrician.
