Power outages have no impact on this. The APC Smart-UPS On-Line automatically provides backup power without the need for a switch-over. This prevents unwanted outages of servers, storage, or switches, for example. With the free APC PowerChute Serial shutdown software, you can even automatically and safely shut down critical IT hardware when the UPS battery is nearly depleted. This helps prevent data loss, downtime, and physical damage to hardware.

With next-generation semiconductor technology, this APC Ultra UPS delivers 2200 W in a compact 1U form factor.

The APC SRTL2KRM1UIC uses Li-Ion batteries, which offer unique advantages: longer lifespan.
