The APC Rack Power Distributor AP7822B allows for comprehensive control of power supply to systems and active monitoring. The remote-controlled outputs enable powering on and off for reboot processes and prevent unauthorized use of individual outputs. Adjustable delays allow for a user-defined sequence for powering on and off connected systems.

Real-time remote monitoring: Overloading of circuits can be prevented by selectively shutting down consumers. Power measurements enable real-time remote monitoring of connected loads. User-defined alarms warn of potential circuit overloads before critical IT systems fail.

Remote configuration: The configuration and control of the rack power distributor can be done via secure web, SNMP, or Telnet interfaces. Central management software can be utilized upon request.
