These exclusive and easy-to-use cables with plug locking save space and ensure a secure connection of IT devices to rack-mounted PDUs. The cables can be used with all standard IEC sockets or power outlets; however, the locking mechanism only engages when used with APC rack PDUs from the AP8000 series or IT devices with corresponding integrated sockets. The plug locking protects against accidental disconnection of cables, thus preventing interruptions in power supply.
