Product details

The Powerline 4 ZeroWatt for Micro AAA and Mignon AA batteries has a significant advantage: the energy-saving function. It is no coincidence that the unnecessary standby power consumption of many everyday electrical devices in Germany alone is estimated to exceed 20 billion kWh. In a typical household, around 10 to 20% of total consumption can be attributed to this.

The inserted batteries are individually monitored during the charging process (individual slot monitoring) and thus perfectly charged. The charging current is 800 mA for Mignon cells and 400 mA for Micro cells. A special circuit ensures that the current flow is completely interrupted after the charging process is completed. Prior to this, the batteries are prepared for shutdown with a brief maintenance charge. Four LEDs provide information about the status of the cells during the charging process.

The Powerline 4 ZeroWatt is primarily designed for professionals and heavy users and works perfectly with the maxE battery technology, which has low self-discharge.
