Product details
Extrusion: Smaller in size, larger in torque. The extrusion motor achieves an ultra-high gear reduction ratio of 21.6:1 through the large 19mm extrusion gear, which reduces the weight and volume of the nozzle module and improves motion control accuracy, making it suitable for high-speed printing. The all-metal hotend supports printing at 300 °C. The hotend is made of stainless steel to avoid aging issues that can occur with PTFE. Additionally, the hotend allows for printing at 300 °C, which is suitable for materials like PA and PA-CF. Precise dimensional control ensures smooth extrusion. The hotend maintains a tight tolerance of 2 μm, and this exceptional level of accuracy guarantees smooth extrusion. The overall extrusion experience is further enhanced by the smooth surface with a Ra value of 0.8.
