Just like back then, the Ankarsrum can not only stir, knead, mix, grind, slice, grate, puree, and much more. While there may be kitchen machines with higher power consumption, what matters is the effect. The 800 Watt motor of the Ankarsrum operates so energy-efficiently that the power is directly transferred to the cooking or baking ingredients.

The Ankarsrum can do what few other kitchen machines can: process up to 5 kilograms of dough. The blender attachment is located on the side of the device and directly utilizes the motor power.
