Product details

In the n-channel JFET (Junction FET), the current through the source-drain path is controlled by the voltage at the gate. For the n-channel JFET, this is a negative voltage. When the voltage is positive, current flows through the gate-source diode path. Without voltage, the n-JFET conducts, and with a negative voltage, it begins to block.
