Product details
Incremental encoders are commonly used in control panels. By using two phase-shifted contacts, the rotation direction can be determined with a processor, for example. When the button is pressed, an additional momentary contact is closed, allowing for any action to be triggered. Depending on the type of construction, approximately 18 to 36 contact operations are triggered per revolution.
