Alesis V49

The V-Series keyboard controllers from Alesis impress with their versatile MIDI functions in a compact format. With a range of pads, knobs, and buttons, virtual instruments, DAWs, or effects can be easily controlled remotely. The 49 velocity-sensitive keys and octave switch provide the complete range of notes, making it ideal for bass lines, chords, and melodies. The knobs can be freely assigned and used to adjust filters, volume, effect levels, or other parameters. The eight backlit pads are perfect for drum programming but can also start clips or activate individual tracks. Pitch and modulation wheels complete the features. Great emphasis was placed on seamless integration during the development of the V49. The USB port connects to a Mac or PC while also providing power. For an intuitive workflow, most of the knobs are equipped with LEDs that provide visual feedback. Additionally, the V49's slim design makes it easy to transport. The V49 package includes top-notch music software, allowing users to create and perform their own tracks live. Ableton Live Lite 9 is an intuitive audio/MIDI environment for recording, improvising, and editing. Xpand!2 is a virtual instrument that comes with an extensive sound library, ranging from acoustic pianos and guitars to synthesizers and drums.
