The AKG C417 is a clip-on microphone for speakers, presentations and theater performances. The microphone is very small and can be attached unobtrusively to clothing.
Due to its light weight it is hardly noticeable for the speaker. Due to the linear frequency response, the sound of the C417 is transparent and natural. The spherical polar pattern ensures that the sound quality remains constant even with changing angles of incidence. The AKG C417 is a condenser microphone and requires a power supply (phantom power) of 9 - 52 volts. It is available in two versions.
