Aesub VIOLET SCANSPRAY 400ml

AESUB violet is the latest self-sublimating scanning spray in the AESUB range, offering an exceptionally long duration of effectiveness for demanding measurement projects. The spray has been specifically developed for modern 3D measurement technology and creates a uniform, thin matte coating that reliably eliminates reflections, making transparent or shiny surfaces optimally detectable. The effective scan time is between two to six hours, while complete sublimation is achieved after approximately 24 hours. AESUB violet contains no pigments, thereby protecting sensitive areas such as laboratories, production sites, and scanner sensors from contamination. The spray is particularly suitable for long-term measurement campaigns where the coating needs to remain stable for several hours, as well as for environments where pigment deposits cannot be tolerated. Application is carried out from a distance of 15 to 20 centimeters with even movements, and a spray gun can be used for larger objects. After complete drying, the object can be scanned as usual, and the coating subsequently evaporates on its own without the need for cleaning.
