Product details

AESUB green is a self-evaporating scanning spray liquid developed by scanning experts. It eliminates fundamental application problems in 3D measurement technology, particularly in sensitive areas such as laboratories and production, and protects devices from contamination by pigment deposits. Expensive transportation of externally matte-finished measurement objects to the sensor, as well as the time-consuming cleaning of the measurement environment and objects after scanning, are no longer necessary. With AESUB green, you achieve a significant increase in efficiency and productivity throughout the digitization process.

How to apply AESUB green? Spray AESUB green from a distance of 15-20 cm using a spray gun. We recommend either the battery-operated AESUB spray gun or spray guns with a nozzle diameter of 1 mm or more. Evenly spray the entire surface to be scanned by slowly moving the nozzle back and forth while aimed at the object to achieve an even coating.

After AESUB green has completely dried, the object can be scanned as usual. If necessary, reference marks can be applied to the sprayed surface. The applied layer of AESUB green evaporates on its own after scanning, eliminating the otherwise time-consuming cleaning after application.
