The ideal charger for externally charging the aforementioned lead-acid batteries with click contacts. The charger automatically adjusts the battery voltage and controls the charging process according to the IU or U charging characteristic. The lead charger features an operational and charging indicator, overcharge protection, and maintenance charging. Additionally, it is short-circuit and reverse-polarity safe. After charging is complete, the device automatically switches to maintenance charging. It is suitable for standby and parallel operation. Delivery includes a clip contact for connecting to the lead-acid battery. The charging current at 12 volts is a maximum of 600 mA, meaning that for example, with a battery capacity of 2000 mAh, the charger takes about 3 to 3.5 hours to fully recharge the battery. It is also similar in design to adapter/clip VJA0180, but comes with the appropriate charger included.
