The Acconic Dual V-Mount Charger for Sony allows for the quick, simultaneous, and independent charging of two batteries. It does not matter if the two batteries have the same capacity. Additionally, the charger features a DC XLR output, which can be used to charge and power compatible third-party devices (camcorders, cameras). When the XLR output is in use, batteries cannot be charged simultaneously. The charger can also serve as a backup power supply without an AC mains connection. Through the XLR connection, a third device can be powered when charged batteries are inserted.

The integrated, microcontroller-controlled charging technology automatically detects the required voltage of the inserted battery and prevents overcharging or overheating. The charger is equipped with a wing stand that ensures a compact design while providing a stable base. The V-Mount battery system used is a standard that is likely to be adopted by more cameras and camcorders in the coming years. This charger is compatible with all batteries based on the V-Mount system.

Important information such as connected AC mains connection, inserted batteries, and the charging or discharging of connected batteries is displayed using multicolored LEDs.
