Enhanced Surge Protection
The Acar R8 POWER is a reinforced 16-A version of the popular surge protector from the acar-AXON family. With a length of 44.4 cm, it offers eight grounded outlets, which is sufficient for most applications, and its relatively compact size allows for flexible placement, even on a desk.

It is equipped with a reinforced two-pole power switch that is resistant to large current spikes, such as those that can occur when turning on computer or laptop power supplies.

Protection for the Demanding
The integrated enhanced surge protection system in the device ensures the protection of all power lines and diverts surge energy through the protective earth conductor PE to the ground.

The device features an indicator to check the proper functioning of the surge protection. The maximum load that can be supplied and protected is 3680 W.

Comfort and Safety
The Acar R8 Power strips are simple and universal for the safe power supply of energy-intensive devices, while also being an advanced surge protection solution.

Unlike standard strips, this model has a reinforced two-pole power switch with cover and an LED indicator for the surge protection system. It offers 8 two-pole sockets with protective contact 16A/250V. Additionally, there is a 4-way cable management system and mounting clips for installation on flat surfaces.
