Cover for Ultimaker 2 & 2+

The cover makes it much easier to print materials like ABS, which tend to warp and detach from the print bed due to differences in ambient temperature and the heat of the print plate. Additionally, the cover provides protection for safe use in a school or university environment.

Installation is very quick and takes less than 30 minutes.

• A constant temperature, preventing warping (detachment of the piece). It also facilitates the printing of more complex materials (ABS, PC).
• The air is renewed through a professional fan and a HEPA filter.
• There is no airflow during printing.
• The cover is easy to install and remove without damaging the printer. No screws or drilling are required - simply clip it on.
• A lock secures the door and protects prints from external access. This lock is particularly useful in an educational environment to prevent contact with high-temperature parts.
• No odors or smoke can escape from the printer thanks to the HEPA filter. The filters last between 600 and 1200 hours, depending on the materials and print settings.
