The ABS-PC ProFill™ flame-retardant 3D filament is an innovative solution for demanding printing projects. Designed to meet the UL 94 V-0 fire classification standard, this filament offers excellent safety through its self-extinguishing properties. It combines the advantages of Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) and polycarbonate, resulting in a high temperature resistance of up to 110 °C. The filament allows for printing objects with a glossy surface and outstanding interlayer adhesion, significantly improving print quality. With a diameter of 1.75 mm and a weight of 0.5 kg, it is suitable for a variety of desktop 3D printers and offers easy handling due to its low warp effect. The recommended printing temperature ranges from 240 to 260 °C, while the heated bed can be set to about 90 to 100 °C for optimal results.
