Nintendo Switch
Why are the prices of the consoles so different? The grey version costs 299.-, the coloured version currently 410.- (instead of 473.-) and the set with Super Mario Odyssey 349.- (instead of 469.-). Sorry, I don't get it. Am I the only one?
Normally, of course, the different colour variants are the same price.
But as with other products (from smartphones to game consoles), it always depends on demand and stock.
Digitec sticks to the current market prices and if the neon-coloured Switch is currently more popular, the price usually goes up as well.
In the case of the Super Mario Odyssey, it may be because it is a secret offer from Nintendo directly, which is not being promoted further. (The edition is worth it for the price because only here is a game included from the Switch versions you mentioned, and you can't buy these red Joy-Cons separately).
I hope this has clarified your doubts?
