Which RAMs would ideally harmonise best here, also in terms of performance of course?
3200, 3600, 3733 is the optimal *sweet spot* because here the Infinity Fabric Divider is 1:1.
From 3866 onwards, the latencies increase sharply as you are in 2:1 mode from here on.
In terms of price/performance ratio, you are best served with 3600. I would recommend it to you.
Of course, the lower the timings, the better. I would recommend C16 or C14.
Otherwise, it's only worth it from 4000 upwards, but then you're spending a lot of money and the performance difference is really small.
If you play graphically demanding games in 1080p, then you can consider 4000 upwards if money is no object.
But if you play in 4K, then your GPU is the bottleneck anyway and it would be a waste of money.
@Ancaralu actually if everything was available at the moment, you would have a DDR 4 with 3733 Mhz and CL 14.

As @Everade said, 4000 Mhz should theoretically be the best frequency, but practically it's completely different.
Probably only with DDR 5

I hope this helps you.
