Yes, toners are included. They correspond to the capacity of the TN-421.

Tip if you print a lot* (*a lot = >6'000 pages per year): Have a look at the MFC-L9570CDW. It's a bit more expensive to buy, but it comes with more toner capacity and the toners are cheaper afterwards.
