No, behaves the same as CH version.
As a supplement: eSIM is not activated in this Hong Kong firmware. However, it could be added via an update (unlikely) or apparently activated via root.
Some people have to change the NFC method for Google Pay (Settings -> Connections -> NFC and payment -> 3 points -> Default NFC method -> Android operating system), for me it worked without.
Samsung Pay is the Hong Kong version (can't be changed), but seems to work fine with most card providers.
5G only works with a SIM card and does not support all Swiss frequency bands. No problem in cities, but in the countryside we have different bands than Hong Kong, so you won't get 5G there.
